Introduction to Pistol Handling™
In-person (5 hours)
If you are an absolute beginner or are looking for a refresher, this course ensures you will know and be able to do the basics. It puts a deliberate focus on making students comfortable around firearms. While this course is great for anyone, it is especially designed for those overcoming fears or negative feelings around firearms.
Flexibility for your group is primary, but the ideal plan is to start in the classroom where we spend about three hours in an instructor-led discussion and finish at the shooting range where we review and apply what we've learned and conduct live-fire training.
Students will be able to use their earned certificates from this course as a proof of the training requirement for their CCW permits in most states.
